Pure creamed coconut also known as coconut butter is the unsweetened, dried coconut flesh, ground and set with absolutely nothing added.
This is a solid but can be made into coconut cream by the addition of warm water in the ratio 5 water : 2 creamed coconut or to coconut milk in the ratio 5 water : 1 coconut cream.
