INCI: Dehydroacetic acid and benzyl alcohol.

An Ecocert approved, multi-use, water soluble, broad spectrum liquid preservative that is a blend of an organic acid and benzyl alcohol.

Dehyroacetic Acid & Benzyl Alcohol are both organic compounds which are accepted for use in natural cosmetics, offering a broad spectrum of stability at a wide range of pH effective from pH 6 and below.

Typical recommended use level is 0.2-1.5%.

Meets Ecocert and COSMOS standards, NaTrue Certified and Soil Association approved.

Microcare DB preservative is suitable for a wide range of personal care applications including:
