Hemp seed oil is rich in linoleic and gamma linoleic acids as well as vitamins A, C and E.  It is suitable for all skin types with excellent emolliating, conditioning and antioxidant properties without blocking pores.  This makes it helpful with dry, irritated or greasy skin conditions as it can help to balance sebum production while providing hydration.

Hemp seed oil is also rich in Omega 3 fatty acids as well as Iron and Calcium, all extremely good for skin.

Research is being carried out to determine if hemp seed oil can combat acne and other skin conditions such as dermatitis and psoriasis.

It is widely used in skin, hair, bath and lip products and as a conditioning ingredient in cold / hot process soap making.

This oil is produced globally with primary producers being Canada, Europe and China.
