Hemp Oil Cold Pressed: Cannabis Sativa Seed Oil

This cold Pressed Hemp seed oil is rich in linoleic acids as well as vitamins A, C and E.  It is an excellent skin conditioning agent. This oil is also suitable for all skin types with excellent emolliating, conditioning and antioxidant properties without blocking pores.  This makes it helpful with dry, irritated or greasy skin conditions as it can help to balance sebum production while providing hydration.

Hemp seed oil is also rich in Omega 3 fatty acids as well as Iron and Calcium, all extremely good for skin.

Research is being carried out to determine if hemp seed oil can combat acne and other skin conditions such as dermatitis and psoriasis.

It is widely used in skin, hair, bath and lip products.

Hemp Oil Cold Pressed is a beautiful conditioning agent to add to  Cold Processed & Hot Processed soaps. It is rich in oleic (adds conditioning and moisturising properties), palmitic (helps bring a smoothness to the bar)  and stearic acids (brings a rich, velvety lather and also helps to harden the bar).

Useful in:

• Body butter Up to 10%
• Lip products No maximum.
• Soaps, both cold process and melt and pour Up to 50%
• Hair products 1% in shampoo and 5% in conditioners.

This oil is cold pressed and therefore can be a dark green in colour.
