Emulsifying Wax Kerax P9100

Emulsifying wax Kerax P9100 is a mix of fatty alcohols and neutral emulsifiers.  This emulsifying wax is readily emulsified in water as well as various other aqueous solutions making it the perfect choice for use in your creams, lotions, balms and ointments.

This emulsifying wax is manufactured by Kerax to meet high purity and consistency standards so as to meet the requirements of BP monogram.

Being virtually neutral, this wax is extremely easily mixed with many different substances including perfumes, aromatic oils and many other mineral and vegetable oils. This versatile Emulsifying wax can be used as an emollient, emulsifier, surfactant, cleanser and foaming agent.

The addition of acidic substances such as salicylic acid and boric acid does not interfere with the properties of the emulsion.

Kerax Emulsifying Wax P9100 comes in small white, waxy pellet form making it very easy to measure and use. It has very little odour.

Store in a dry, well ventilated area in sealed containers.

This wax does not contain or come into contact with any animal or GMO products at any stage of its manufacture.
It does not contain residual solvents as per guidelines CPMP/ICH283/95.

This emulsifying wax fits within the definition of FCM Substance No. 93 – Reference No. 95859 – Contained in COMMISSION REGULATION No 10/2011
