Cosmetic Grade Glitters
Please note that the cosmetic regulation changes to prohibit the use of microbead ingredients also included cosmetic glitter that is not biodegradable. While these cosmetic grade glitters are perfectly fine to use in 'leave on' products such as make up or body butters or other craft products; they are not suitable for use in 'wash off' products such as soaps.
