Add your chosen products to your shopping cart and whilst you are going through the checkout procedure, please remember to include a telephone number in case it is needed by the courier company delivering your package. Although every attempt will be made to dispatch the exact goods you order there may, from time to time, be a need to substitute a product with a similar one.

Postage & Packing

Postage and packaging costs will be automatically added to your shopping basket at checkout. Orders weighing under 1.25kg will be sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Over that weight a courier will be used. In both cases a signature will be required upon delivery. 

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please be aware that your personal information is kept confidential at all times. We will not sell or divulge your personal information to any third party under any circumstances unless required to do so under UK law. Selected couriers will be given details needed for deliveries but nothing more. Payment is entirely secure, and again, your details will never be disclosed to any third party. Please also note for safety and security reasons we never save or store financial details including credit/debit card details. 

Paying For Your Order

During the checkout process you may choose to send a cheque payment (made payable to Soaposh) or make an instant payment using your credit or debit card via the secure payment processor Pay Pal. Please be aware that you do NOT need a Pay Pal account to pay for your order and your card details are never released to us. Orders under £4.00 in value and making payment using a credit or debit card will incur an extra charge of 35p due to the increasing cost of such transactions.

Adding to Completed Orders

Please note that we do not hold orders once they are received.  Check all orders thoroughly before going through checkout as we cannot guarantee being able to combine orders.  Please purchase anything you have missed separately and make a note during checkout with the previous order number.  IF we see this and are able to accommodate adding extra product(s) to an existing parcel, we shall endeavour to do so where order fulfilment allows.

Cancellations and Returns

Please note that Soaposh are a supplies company offering products to businesses on a trade / business to business basis.  We offer a 24 hour cancellation and refund period for consumer products that can be returned to our inventory.  Please note that any refunds for returns or cancellations will incur Pay Pal fees which will be covered by the customer prior to any refund being authorised.  Business to business transactions are exempt from any right to return (unless faulty) under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and most of our products, as cosmetic ingredients, cannot be returned into stock and sold.

Cosmetic Product Safety Reports are personalised legal documents.  No refund will be offered upon purchase of a CPSR be it by a regular assessment package or our own flexi style assessment.

Any return shipping costs will need to be borne by the customer and the order will need to be returned in a condition fit for resale before a refund can be authorised.

NOTE: Any claims for loss/damages must be made within 24 hours of order arrival. Claims made after this time will not be processed. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the event you have any queries regarding your consumer rights.
