Add your chosen products to your shopping cart and whilst you are going through the checkout procedure, please remember to include a telephone number in case it is needed by the courier company delivering your package. Although every attempt will be made to dispatch the exact goods you order there may, from time to time, be a need to substitute a product with a similar one.
Postage & Packing
Postage and packaging costs will be automatically added to your shopping basket at checkout. Orders weighing under 1.25kg will be sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Over that weight a courier will be used. In both cases a signature will be required upon delivery.
Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please be aware that your personal information is kept confidential at all times. We will not sell or divulge your personal information to any third party under any circumstances unless required to do so under UK law. Selected couriers will be given details needed for deliveries but nothing more. Payment is entirely secure, and again, your details will never be disclosed to any third party. Please also note for safety and security reasons we never save or store financial details including credit/debit card details.
Paying For Your Order
During the checkout process you may choose to send a cheque payment (made payable to Soaposh) or make an instant payment using your credit or debit card via the secure payment processor Pay Pal. Please be aware that you do NOT need a Pay Pal account to pay for your order and your card details are never released to us. Orders under £4.00 in value and making payment using a credit or debit card will incur an extra charge of 35p due to the increasing cost of such transactions.
Cancellations and Returns
Every order placed will have an automatic 24hr cancellation or order alteration period before it is shipped. Please advise if you wish to cancel and your payment will be immediately refunded.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a seven day right to return certain goods and services. Please note that custom orders of wholesale products and certain ingredients are also exempt from any right to return due to the fact we cannot return these products into our stock and resell them.
Return shipping costs will need to be borne by the customer and the order will need to be returned in a condition fit for resale before a refund can be authorised.
NOTE: Any claims for loss/damages must be made within 24 hours of order arrival. Claims made after this time will not be processed. Please do not hesitate to contact us in the event you have any queries regarding your consumer rights.
